They are complicated joints… don’t compromise on care

Hand and Shoulder Physio is a niche that needs to be trained by specialists in their field. We therapists receive quality training by some of Sydney’s leading hand and shoulder surgeons and undergo rigorous quality assurance tests to make sure they are up to task.

Whether you have a complicated hand or shoulder injury, or you are looking for a rehab partner following surgery, you can be assured that our therapists are trained to handle the complicated nature of the upper limb.

Our physiotherapists at Glenmore Park Physiotherapy have advanced hand and shoulder training, they understand

  • Complicated hand surgeries
  • Tendon repair and tethering

  • Hand, finger and tendon rehab
  • Splinting and stabilisation

Our Team

Meet some of our team members

Emily Hoffmann

Senior Physiotherapist

With a masters in physiotherapy, Emily's qualifications certainly confirm her abilities as a clinician. Having a background of Australian level swimming and now taking on triathlons she has great understanding and passion for treating sports related injuries. She enjoys drawing upon a number of treatment techniques, including dry needling, to construct an individualised treatment plan and get you back into action ASAP.

Jason Trinh

Associate Physiotherapist

Jason has a particular interest in sporting injuries and utilises his background in exercise sports science to provide a holistic approach to injury management and rehab. Outside the clinic, he dedicates most of his time preparing for various Oz tag rep tournaments and playing basketball. Jason has also previously spent some time in NZ, providing sports coverage at both junior and senior level in netball, rugby league and rugby union. He is the perfect partner in an acute injury, and combines biomechanical analysis with a special interest in sports-integrated dry needling techniques to assist in getting you back to doing what you love.

Chris Slaverio

Clinic Manager & Senior Physiotherapist

Christopher's background in Exercise, Sports Science and Nutrition allows him to treat clients holistically, looking at them from multiple perspectives. There is always more than one way to fix any problem! Chris has a keen interest in sports injuries, being a keen golfer himself. With a sharp eye for biomechanical abnormalities, Chris will uncover any pre-disposing factors causing you pain and injury.

Nicky Robinson

Associate Physiotherapist

Nicky Robinson is an Associate Physiotherapist at Glenmore Park, who is excited to be working for Physio Inq because “I'm looking forward to working in such a friendly and supportive environment!”

A bit about Nicky:

During my degree I experienced a variety of clinical placements in rehabilitation, acute, neurological rehabilitation, burns, ICU and private clinic. I've also completed an 18-month honours degree on the use of Dynamic Tape in women with greater trochanteric pain syndrome.

On my days off work you’ll find me relaxing at the beach.

I actively enjoy and participate in Irish dancing and pilates.

My proudest accomplishment winning the NSW Irish Dancing State Championships.

If I could live anywhere it would be New York

If I could be anyone for a day it would be Superman - I'd love to be able to fly.
